Only high-quality spare parts and contact material are used. We recommend maintenance intervals of 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 strokes – apart from daily routine checks during operation.

Replace needles and contact pins according to type
Check back pressure springs for breakage and seating
Check guides and toolings for fit and wear
Clean adapters (remove dirt, chips, solder residues, etc.)
Check and clean sealing masks and other seals for cracks
Clean test piece supports and replace if damaged
Clean downholder and replace if damaged
Adjust drive and mechanics and check for tight fit
Check screws for correct fit and damage
Check wiring for damage / breakage or crushing of insulation
Check interface incl. pins, frame and locating pins
Earth test
